1.  Webhosting:  You've got to have a Reliable Webhost. 

That's where it all starts.  There are so many good options out there that I  can't mention them all,
but the one that I use and recommend is Hostgator.  If you want a totally inexpensive price with    any option that you can think of, no downtime problems, and great tech support then give  Hostgator a try.   I use them and have not had any problems with any of  my sites. 
That is one  thing that you don't want to have to think about.  You just want it to work for you.

If you are going to build many niche sites you have have to have a software client that makes
the process easy for you, and even guides you in a step by step fashion in building search engine friendly, niche friendly sites.  It is the best out there.  I just recently purchased it and love it.
It is also very easy to use and learn how to use.  They also just added over 100 new sales letter templates that are ready  to go for your next site that you build.   Awesome stuff here.

3.   Domain Registration:
There are so many domain registars out there that is almost impossible to keep up.
Just make sure that you are dealing with a company that has been around a while. 
Most domains registrations are under $10 so make sure you are getting a fair deal.
I have personally used GoDaddy.com and orderyourdomains.com and have been                    very happy with their services.  It seems that orderyourdomains.com gets the domain progagated faster than godaddy.com for some reason.  I had my last site up within a couple         of hours. 

4.  Listhosting/Autoresponder Service Aweber.com
I have been using aweber since about 1998 when I first started Xtreme Marketins Tips.  I really can't say enough about their services.  Let's face it.  You need a lot of tools that are reliable and easy to use to make any money on the internet.  Plus it is an ever changing marketingplace.      One place where I don't need any headaches is when managing my list.  Whether I am sending out my newsletter or using the autoresponder features it is a critial tool.  Plus it seems like they are always adding new features to keep up with current marketing trends.  So if you are serious about your leads and customers, I highly recommend Aweber.com
