1.     Do Your Research:

Whether you are a newbie to internet marketing or you are a seasoned veteran,
the key to your internet success lies in your ability to find niche markets with
high demand, and relatively low competition.  As the old saying goes.
“Find what people want and give it to them!”   

So just because you have in interest in a particular subject it does not mean
that anyone else is interested in that subject, or searching for information on
that subject.  Before you put in a bunch of time, effort and money into building
a new site, you have to do your research. This will save you more time and
wasted effort than anything else that I can think of.   Take the time to do
your research.  It really is critical to your success and will take a lot of
guessing out of your niche building process.  That is what the pros do.

2.   Where to Start:  NicheBot

 One of the best places to start doing your research is NicheBot which is
created and owned by Jim Morris.  This great free tool allows you to find out
exactly what people are searching for, how many people are searching for any
given keyword or phrase, and what your Competition is for that keyword or phrase. 
Nichebot gives you data by listing the top 10 keywords or phrases from
Keyword Discovery, the top 15 keywords or phrases from Wordtracker,
and the top 100 keyword or phrase listings from Overture so that you
can narrow down your target market more precisely.

These are the key points in helping to determine how profitable any given
niche site will be. There are many other products and services out there
that will help you with your keyword research.  This is just one that I really
think is very valuable and it is free.

For more advanced Niche Builders Keyword Discovery offers up to 990 more
listings per keyword with their membership version, and Wordtracker offers a
membership version as well.  It just depends on where you are at in the
Niche Building Process and what your current needs are.             

3.   Content…Content…Content

So you have found a profitable niche and you are ready to start building your site. 
What kind of information will you put there?   First of all articles are one of the
best resources out there to give your customers or website visitors what they
are searching for.  Writing is one of the biggest roadblocks out there for people. 
A lot of people just don’t think they can write and it just seems too complicated.  
For one it takes quite a bit of time and effort to come up with original content.
Trying to write original content for many niche sites can be an almost impossible
thing to do.  You can’t be an expert on everything.   So what is the answer?

Unless you have been off the internet planet for the past year or so, you have
probably heard of Private Label Articles.  Private Label Articles can be a lifesaver
for anyone building multiple niche websites.   They are a great way to add relevant,
interesting content to your websites.

Most private label article sites come at a monthly fee where you get hundreds
of private label articles for a fraction of the cost of hiring someone to write
them for you.  The key here is to do a lot of re-writing. Make them your own by
adding some of your own personality to them.   Combine articles and ad some
resources to them.  Make them useful for your visitors.

Optimize these articles for the search engines.  If you just use them as is,
they are not going to be useful to your site visitors, and your visitors are not going
to come back.  You want your niche site to be unique and useful.  This will help to
set you apart from the rest of the Niche Building Pack.
